1.　京都大学東南アジア研究所（以下、研究所という）が提供するデータベース及び関連するWWWページ（以下、本データベース等という）の著作権は、特記されていない限り研究所に帰属します。
2.　データベースとは、ある目的のために体系的にまとめられ、デジタル化されたデータの集合を示します。
3. 本データベース等の利用は、学術研究、教育、又は学習に限ります。
4. 本データベース等が提供するデータの全部、又は一部について、特に指定されていない限り、無断で複製（端末での可読形式によるテキストや画像の複写、ダウンロード等）、又は配布をしてはなりません。
5. 本データベース等の一部又は全部を利用して研究・調査をすすめ、著書・論文等の研究成果を公表する場合、原則として本データベース等を利用した旨を明記してください。
6. 本データベース等を円滑に管理・運用する必要から、予告なくサービスの停止又は利用についての変更や制限を設ける場合があります。
7. 本データベース等を利用されて得られた結果に対して、本データベース等を提供する研究所はいかなる責任も負いません。
8. 本データベース等の全部又は一部について、 無断で印刷媒体、CD-ROM、DVD、VTRなどの記録媒体に格納しての配布や放送等での提供を禁止します。 9. 本データベース等に対する他サイト又は他のページからのリンクは自由です。
10. 本ガイドラインを逸脱すると認められる行為が発生した場合には、研究所内の情報セキュリティ委員会、情報処理室運営委員会、又は所長が指名する委員で構成する委員会を特別に設置して、その対応について協議します。

Please read this guideline carefully. Guidelines for Users of CSEAS Data Base.

1. Copyright to all database and relevant web pages of Center for Southeast Asian Studies, Kyoto University (CSEAS Database) are the property of the CSEAS.
2. “Database” in these guidelines refers to aggregate or partial digital data systematically collected for academic research, education and study and other purposes related to the goals and activities of the CSEAS.
3. The duplication, distribution, copying of texts and images from a terminal that has access to the CSEAS da tabase without the explicit permission of the CSEAS director is not allowed.
4. The broadcasting, copying and/or printing of any digital data from the CSEAS database to a CD-ROM, DVD and /or VTR without the explicit permission of the CSEAS director are likewise prohibited.
5. You are required to cite the CSEAS as source of your data in whatever paper or book or any related printed or digitized presentation that comes out as a result of having used the CSEAS Database.
6. The database administrator and staff may occasionally suspend and limit access to the CSEAS database witho ut notice, in order to improve its operations and management.
7. The CSEAS does not assume any responsibility over consequences arising from a user’s use of the CSEAS dat abase.
8. The creation of a link to the CSEAS database to a third person’s or party’s webpage or website is allowe d.
9. Violations and other related activities will be handled by the Information Security Committee, the Informa tion Processing Committee and any other ad hoc committee designated by CSEAS Director.
